Located within the picturesque city of Peniche, The Capital is a modern Bed and Breakfast. It offers rooms with a city view. Local beaches of Gamboa are only a few minutes’ walk away. The individually decorated rooms are equipped with modern décor, cable / flat screen TV and free WiFi. Each room has a private bathroom and all rooms have heating if you choose to stay in the winter. In the evenings guests are welcome to visit our modern on site restaurant as well as other restaurants within walking distance serving fish dishes and other local gastronomy. Guests may also relax at one of the various bars in the vicinity. Guests can enjoy local activities including surfing, freshwater fishing for carp, swimming, hiking, canoeing and cycling. Bicycle hire is available for guests to explore the area. The marina for a boat to the Ilha das Berlengas and Forte de Peniche are within a 5-minute walk. For our winter guests the Surfing World Championships are held on the internationally renowned beach 'Supertubos' which is only a 10-minute walk away. Lisbon International Airport is a 45-minute drive away. An airport shuttle is available upon request and free public parking is possible at a nearby locationWiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Children 3 and older are allowed. Adults stay for € 20 per person, per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cribs. Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
