Vilamoura is a resort and port located in the municipality of Loulé, Algarve, near the towns of Quarteira, Loulé and Albufeira. Full cosmopolitan resort of Vilamoura is one that offers its guests all necessary facilittaile a relaxing summer vacation. The port area is the main activity center of the resort, there being placed at several restaurants, bars and shops.
In the heart of the resort is located at the yacht port which has a capacity of hosting more than 1,000 boats. The port is inclonjurat of hotels, holiday homes and luxury of a large casino, restaurants and bars. In the far corner of the port can rent boats for fishing or walking on the sea. The port offers the possibility jetski rental, paraseiling and other water sports. Near the port there are also a shooting range and many night clubs.
Tourism in Vilamoura is extensive and well developed, with many resorts framed between 3 and 5 stars. The resort has a very high average in this regard, considering the fact that nearby there are only two hotels and four star framed. As a consequence of the resort is mostly private property, the buildings are very luxurious.
