Location: The Hotel is located in one of the main commercial areas of Lisbon, close to gardens, parks, museums and concert halls, surrounded by the most famous pastry shops and restaurants of Lisbon and is located at a short distance from the historic center of Lisbon.

Rooms:

Standard Room: Located on the first floor of the Hotel, these rooms overlook Avenida da República or have a small balcony located in the residential area. The standard rooms are 20m2.

Superior Room: Rooms located between the 2nd and 8th floor are more spacious and offer a view of the residential area. These rooms are either double or twin with two separate beds that can be joined to make one king bed, have an area for working, and smart led wireless TV. The bathroom has a separate shower cabin, hairdryer, slippers, and amenities. The maximum capacity is two persons. Rooms have 20 to 22 m².

Deluxe Room: Spacious rooms with more light due to the large windows overlooking the avenue. Located between the 2nd and 9th floor of the hotel, have either double or twin with two separate beds, a working area and a smart led wireless TV. The bathroom has a separate shower cabin, hair dryer, slippers and bathroom amenities. Maximum capacity is two persons. Rooms have 21 to 23 m². 

High Duplex Suite: Duplex with a double bed and located on the top floor of the hotel. The large windows allow for more light in the suite making the whole space brighter. The living room has a sofa bed, an area for working with a smart led wireless TV. The bedroom, also equipped with a smart led TV, is located on the 2nd floor of the suite and creates a sensation of being closer to the clouds that suggest a light feeling and sweet dreams.Maximum capacity is three adults or two adults and one child. Suite has 39 m².

Sky Duplex Suite:Located on the top floor of the hotel. The bedroom and living room are separated and on different floors. The living room has a sofa bed, a working area with a smart led wireless TV and a guest bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, induction stove, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The bedroom, also equipped with a smart led wireless TV, is on the second floor of the suite, has either double or twin with two separate beds that can be joined to make one king bed. The suite has 37 to 39 m² and maximum capacity for three adults or two adults and one child.
